How to use "twixtor"?

So last post in Video Inspiration 7, i added videos that achieved great slow motions using AE/FCS/Premiere plugin called "Twixtor". And here i found very brief and good tutorial on how to use that plugin in your works. This one is use "Twixtor" in After Effects. Just make sure to "NOT" over do it! Anything with too much is ugly... Enjoy!

And here's another tutorial if u'r a mac user and have Final Cut Studio (FCS) but don't have twixtor plugin. In this tutorial u'll learn how to achieve similar slow motion using Final Cut Studio's "Motion".
