I was always a fun of free running and/or parkour. An art of movement that was created by David Belle (u know this dude from 13th District).
anyway it always fancied me and i was like "GEEZ! i wanna learn this thingy" after i saw this video. They did an amazing job to do this video. And they used 7D!!! well of course used Mark II also. And probably used to Twixtor to achieve some of those "DAAANG" slow-mos.
