Artist Of The Day: Boyce Avenue

Boyce Avenue, heard this band for the 1st time and they became one of my faves in an instant, an Ecuatorian American acoustic rock band was formed in Sarasota by Manzano brothers. The bad was formed in 2004 and in 2007 they started posting videos on youtube, either their original and covers. Many of their videos have reached millions of views. This band has over 300 friggin million views on youtube and counting, they're distinct with their unique cover songs.

Musiq Soulchild, man he's one hell of a artist! This song is just stuck in my head lately. The lyrics are awesome! Bit cheesy but its awesome especially those who in love or whatever :P. Anyway i included the lyrics below :)

Hans Zimmer!!!!!!

 

Hans Zimmer, i believe he is like the best of the bestest film score composers ever lived :D He produced soundtracks of more than 100 films and they're like friggin awesome! I bet u've seen Batman, Caribbean Pirates, Gladiator, Sherlock Holmes, Inception etc... even Simba... i mean the Lion King and many other great films' scores were produced by this German dude! These videos are some of his talent's highlights. With youtube out there, u can find all of his full soundtracks so i didn't bother myself putting loads of videos here :P

JOHN LEGEND!!!

 

Well everyone knows who's this guy, if not... i feel sorry for you! He got this amazing, strong voice and just nails any song he sings. He's like probably one of my most favorite artists out there. This guy has 3 solo albums which all of it made top 1 in US R&B charts and another collaboration album with The Roots which is released in 2k10. And he was nominated in 15 Grammy Awards and won friggin 9 of them! And here are only few of those amazing songs... Enjoy :)

Rolling In The Deep Covers

So we all know that Adele's single "rolling in the deep" was a huge commercial success, an amazing hit song. Few other great artists did an amazing job on covering the song of Rolling in the deep. And from all that John Legend's cover and Mike Posner's cover seem to be the best out there... For me John Legend's version somehow feels even better than the original Adele track, i included 2 versions of J.Legend, one is full the other is only vocal. And Mike Posner's version is very different than other covers, but still sounds cool enough :D... And enjoy...

Music With Deep Connections

These songs are very influential and has a strong connection deep within, listen to them with headphones and on loud volume! Its very cool, make it full screen, the music videos are also "amazing" digital works. Especially these 1st two by Vital somehow made me concentrate a lot and i did make quite good progress on my school works. So far think i heard it like more than 5 times already each of them... its just awesome! Almost blew my mind there :D

Okay so this dude is chosen as my 1st Artist of the Day. He's like super awesome R&B Soul Artist. He got like 6 albums so far and the "WHAT THE HECK" thing is that 1st 5 albums all been ranked in top 3 albums of US R&B charts. How cool is that, right?
